Unknown Travel Details about Spain

Published by Travel Blogger under Uncategorized

Spain is so much a beautiful country in its diversity. Yet, there are still little things that we love to know and visit if only we knew them. I will try to give details for a more satisfying travel to Spain.

Let us start this with news about a $699 base price for January travel to Spain. Indeed Espana is a cheaper place to stay compared form home! Great Sales for Costa del Sol Vacation! Low cost prices for January to March travel to Spain are for the grabs, according to this article I read. So if you are planning for a vacation after the New Year then this is the great chance to visit the interesting places I discovered here.

Barcelona. Barcelona has great places to go through. Yet, here are little restaurants that offer mouth watering food that would really leave you dreaming and coming back for another serving. That is indeed true. I stumbled upon it when a friend of mine invited me to dine there. Rabbit with garlic, chicken, goat meat, grilled vegetable and steak are served in this minute little Barcelonian Restaurant that way off the beaten tourist track.

Murcia. This place is quite popular with self-accommodating villas that make you save for several hundred dollars. Questions of food supplies and transportation on this place are not really a problem. So now staying for a week or two is like staying home with expenses cut down low with brain blowing activities or with quiet activities in middle of week.

San Sebastian. A place toured by Ann Olson, A famous personality on the Food Network in 2004. Ahe commented that tapas are one of the many attractions in San Sebastian. Great food and great cuisine in one great city!

Burgos. This place is rarely mentioned in written blogs yet picture blogs of this place in Spain are many. One article caught my attention with show the changing coors of the trees in Spain as Fall once again visits the place. Red and yellow foliage now slowly dressed this Spanish street. Burgos also has its own share of architecture and history that one tourist can get interested in.

Balearic Islands are a province and an autonomous community. It was made up other four islands such as Majorca, Formentera, Ibiza and Minorca. These islands are good destinations on your Spain travel during autumn season. Let us unravel the whys.

Mallorca is just perfect during autumn. Tourists visit the place for few cultural and historical immersions. Proto Cristo is attractive to the visiting tourist. It is the pearl industry centre in the Balearic Island. If the temperature are far too low for you to be lounging in the beach area then you can’ just resist shopping around the small open markets in this island. Don’t forget to grab a siurells as mementos for the kids way back home. Siurells is a whistle which has a century old historical background during the Arab times.

Formentera is a favorite spot to sunbath nude during summer season as those beaches are secluded and free of crowded tourist much more during autumn and winter. Yet the magic of it all is the heavenly temperature during these seasons. With Formentera 20 degrees centigrade annual temperature and with its coolest with only 7 or 8; tourist just can’t help but love the place.

Ibiza is a wonder. Lounging under the sun in Autumn!? Simply, Yes. People locals, foreigners and the hurrying tourist just can not get enough of what Ibiza has got to offer. Right after the busy, crowded and tourist filled summer months, Ibiza again became a host of another set of tourists; as tourists wanted a little slowing down of lifestyle but not activity. Fira Sa Tardor is also an event to watch for on September. Patcha, Cala Jondal Beaches, Marina and Ibiza town are really hot on cold autumn days.
Menorca the subtle blow of the wind in this island called tramuntana is a reminder of the change of season. Indeed it is autumn in Menorca. It is time to enjoy the 35 miles display of sand, coves, bays and beaches.
