Spain is also known for its wines, there are numerous places that produce the best wines. If you visit Spain make sure that you make time for this activity, wine tours and wine tasting. In every region in Spain they have their own specialty of wines and some places are best known for the wines that they produce, take for example in Penedes, which is famous for the Spanish champagne, in the southern region, the Jerez de la Frontera, which is famous for its sherry wine and the Albarino, dry whites in the northwestern region of Galicia.

Some of the places that are famous for having wine tours in Spain are in Barcelona, in La Rioja, in Southern Catalunya and in Galicia. In Barcelona, just outside of the city which is in the Sant Sadurni D’Noia. You will find the famous, Cava Winery Cordorniu, this is in the Penedes region. You will also find hwo they make wine the traditional way.  You can also do some wine tasting in the famous La Rioja, a small wine town which you can visit wineries and at the same time enjoy their delicious cuisine which this town is also famous for.  You can also have a wine tour in Catalunya, in the regions of Penedes, Tarragona, Priorat and Conca de Barbera and so on. You can tour your way through the winery and the olive regions. And in Galicia, you can enjoy your wine tour while being in the Atlantic shores in Rias Baixas and also eating sea food.
