Ferry trip to Lanzarote

In the heart of Lanzarote lies the amazing Fire Mountains ( Montañas del Fuego) , which has been a backdrop of numerous science fiction films. During the great eruptions in 1730 to 1736, almost 100 volcanoes arose that made the area look like a spectacular moonscape. This area in Lanzarote was declared a national park, which was then called Parque Nacional de Timanfaya , in 1968.

Vulcanic Island of Lobos

Located 6 kilometers away from Corralejo, the Lobos Island is a declared nature reserve. Facing the Corralejo coastline, it is home to valuable indigenous species of flowers.
